CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% fee applies to cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, the 30% fee will be applied as a credit toward your rescheduled appointment. One reschedule is permitted per appointment. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled, missed, or needs to be rescheduled again within 48 hours, the full service price will be charged and no additional rescheduling credit will be provided. Please understand that last-minute changes prevent the appointment time from being offered to another client. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you.
